Interpretation
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of order delivery.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order, without providing any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 2 days from the date the order is placed.
Once the order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns are accepted only if:

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
Products that are used, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
